Many problems can be fixed the same day.  Our Rush Service gives you the option of having your repair started immediately.  All Rush jobs incur a minimum $29 fee which is paid at the time of drop off.

$75   This flat rate job includes loading the Windows operating systems along with all the updated drivers and critical updates.

ALL DATA IS LOST WHEN WINDOWS IS RE-INSTALLED!!!! USE OUR BACKUP SERVICE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE ANY DATA.  ALL PROGRAMS MUST ALSO BE RELOADED.

$39 to 99    The fee we charge for a complete cleanup will depend on the severity of the problems.  Heavily infected computers will take significantly longer to clean than computers that are not as badly infected.  Some extremely infected computers may need to have Windows completely reloaded in order to make them operate properly again.  (Most of the computer we see end up needing $59 to $79 worth of cleanup)

Starting at $29 (exact charge will depend on the quantity of data being backed up)

Don't lose important documents, pictures, music, or any data important to you.  We can back up you data on CD's or DVD's. 

If your computer does not boot into Windows we can usually back up your data by accessing your hard drive from another computer.




Starting at $50     If files have been accidentally deleted or over written, it may be possible to recover the data.  Using advanced software we can scan you hard drive and attempt to get back your lost data. 

If your hard drive has mechanical failure we may need to send it off to a recovery center where the drive can be disassembled in anti static environment.  Please call us for estimates. 

 

FREE HARD DRIVE DIAGNOSTIC:

Using hard drive testing software we can determine if your hard drive is performing properly.  If it is not it is important to replace the drive in order to make sure you don't lose any data.

MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT:

We can replace your faulty motherboard and get your system up and running again. ($50-$75 installation free + $50-70 for most replacement motherboards)

POWER JACK REPLACEMENT:

$75 to 110    If your power jack is loose and no longer accepts power from the charger, it most likely needs to be replaced.  This job involves disassembling the entire laptop and soldering or gluing on a new power jack.

LCD SCREEN PROBLEMS:

$50 + Parts if necessary   

If your LCD screen is cracked a new screen will be required to fix the problem.  (typically $60-$110 for the screen + $50 installation fee) 

If the backlight is not turning on it typically is a result of a fault LCD inverter.  When this happens you can usually make out the display but it very faint. 
(typically $20-$50 for the inverter + $50 installation fee)

KEYBOARD REPLACEMENT:

If you some your your keys have stopped working or have fallen off, we can replaced the entire keyboard.  
(typically $20 - $60 for the keyboard + $15 installation fee

PASSWORD REMOVAL:

$29     If you have forgotten your login password, we can clear it out so you log back into Windows.
